Brown Fused Alumina
White Fused Alumina
Ceramic Abrasive
Zirconia Fused Alumina
Silicon Carbide
Zirconia Fused Alumina 40%
It is produced by fusion of aluminium oxide, desiliconized zirconia oxide and other additives in electric arc furnace at high teperature. Due to its special cooling process, the crystal size of the product is small and has a unique dendritic eutectic microstructure. This special microstructure makes the abrasives present micro crushing mechanism in the grinding process, which greatly improves the grinding and cutting speed of the abrasives in the low-pressure grinding process, which is far better than traditional abrasives such as corundum and silicon carbide.

Application
The very fine and uniform microstructure of this material provides extremely high toughness and excellent self-sharpening performance. It is especially suitable for manufacturing heavy-duty abrasive belt for grinding stainless steel, machining high alloy steel under heavy load, polishing parquet floor, and making elastic grinding wheel.
