It is produced by fusion of aluminium oxide, desiliconized zirconia oxide and other additives in electric arc furnace at high teperature. By controlling smelting and fast cooling process, more durable grinding materials are obtained.
It has alumina-zirconia eutectic crystalline structure, extreme strength and toughness, which impact the abrasive remarkable tool life.

Application
The extreme high toughness makes it suitable for the grinding under high pressure and heavy duty, mainly used for hot-cutting operation in casting steel, large diameter cut off wheels, high pressure rough grinding and rail grinding.
