It is a kind of high-purity corundum abrasives, which are made of aluminum oxide and melted in electric arc furnace at high temperature. The hardness is slightly higher than that of brown fused alumina, and the toughness is slightly lower. The grain has special self sharpening property in favor with cold cutting and grinding. It releases very little heat during grinding. In addition, it can resist acid and alkali corrosion and high temperature above 1750℃, and has good thermal stability.

Application
All kinds of grinding wheels and cutting discs, suitable for working on materials with high hardness and tensile strength, such as high carbon steel, high speed steel, alloy steel and quenched steel. It can also be used for laminate wood floor and polishing. In addition, WFA micro powder is suitable for the ultra precision grinding and polishing of optical glass, piezoelectric crystal, semiconductor, monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon.

Application
