Brown Fused Alumina
White Fused Alumina
Zirconia Fused Alumina
Ceramic Coated White Fused Alumina
It is obtained by calcination and coating on white fused alumina. There are 3 colors on choice, white, red and blue. Calcination increases the toughness of abrasives and coating improves the bonding strength between abrasives and binders, which greatly reduces the ratio of sand dropping. The lifetime of grinding tools thereby is greatly prolonged. In addition, the self sharpening property of white fused alumina makes the abrasives not only sharp but also durable, especially suitable for cutting discs working on stainless steel. Furthermore, the coated metal oxide brings good heat dissipation for abrasive, which makes abrasive tool made of it is not easy to burn workpiece.
