Ceramic Coated Brown Fused Alumina
It is obtained by coating with a kind of metal oxide based on calcined or blue fired brown fused alumina through a special process. Calcination can significantly improve the hydrophilicity and toughness of abrasives, and coating can increase the bonding strength between abrasives and binders, which can greatly reduce the phenomenon of desanding in the grinding process, so as to prolong the service life of abrasive tools. In addition, the coated metal oxide brings good heat dissipation for grains, and the abrasive tool made of it is not easy to burn the workpiece.
