It refers to brown fused alumina heat treated at temperature of 1050℃, which makes internal stress release and the potential chemical reaction eliminate. As a result, it brings an extremely stable sintering process and makes the vitrified wheels without any defect of microcracks and small holes in surface and inside.
The material appears in reddish brown color. It shows a high particle strength, extreme toughness and very uniform cubic grain shape.
