Brown Fused Alumina
White Fused Alumina
Ceramic Abrasive
Zirconia Fused Alumina
Silicon Carbide
It refers to brown fused alumina heat treated at temperature of 1350℃. After calcination, its color turns blue. At the same time, the impurities existing in the abrasive are precipitated or vaporized, which makes the abrasive more pure and the particle surface rougher, thus greatly improving the hydrophilicity. Moreover, the microcracks produced in the crushing process can be closed after heat treatment, and the toughness and single particle strength of abrasive are greatly improved.

Application
The abrasive tools produced by blue fired abrasives are durable and sharp, and their grinding performance is improved. Therefore, it is suitable for high-grade grinding wheels, heavy-duty grinding wheels, ultra-thin cutting wheels and grinding discs, working on tool steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.
