It is a sintered abrasive manufactured by sol-gel method with special alumina as the main raw material and mixed with a variety of modified components. The grinding process is also the self sharpening process of the abrasive grains themselves. During the service life, when the blunt tiny crystals fall off from the grains under the action of grinding force, new sharp cutting edges are constantly exposed, so that the abrasives are always in a sharp state. Therefore, the abrasive tools made of it have long service life, good self sharpening performance, high cutting efficiency and are not easy to burn the workpiece.

Application
